When you report a user you Blackhave some sort of proof. Screen Shots Or a Formatted Video.
~~ How To Report A User By Video ~~
Step 1: Download HyperCam or any other screen recording program.
Step 2:
After you download that or whatever screen recorder you use, and take a video goto www.youtube.com to upload the video then post the direct URL Link on the page with the report, Saying what happened and the users name and saying how they break the rules.
~~ How To Take A Good Screenshot ~~
If your going to use take a screenshot do
ALT + PRNT SCR (Above your insert button and to the right of your F12 depending on keyboard)
This takes a screenshot of the [U]Active Screen
Then Open Up Paint and paste it, Edit it to your liking, Save it as .JPG then goto www.tinypic.com and upload it.
It would be best to post at least TWO or THREE screenshots to support your evidence. If someone uses offensive langauge post as many screenshots that shows how many times they used offensive language. If they said it more then once and it dont all show in ONE screenshot take more. And type out a report of what happened and how it happened.

Botting (autoing,macroing) - ]THREE Screenshots or a Video
Staff Impersonation -One Or Two Screenshots
Double Logging - A Video OR Two, Three Screenshots
Distributing False Information On The Game or Staff - One Or More Screenshots.
Real Life Threats - One Or More Screenshots
Spamming - Three OR More Screenshots
