Since This is a .ZIP File You Need To Extract It.
I recommend using 7 Zip you can download it HERE

Once You Have Installed That Download The Client:

Once You Downloaded The Client Goto The .zip File And Right Click it, Scroll Over 7 Zip and Click Extract Here.
