First you can take a ScreenShot, FN + print screen\prt screen, open paint, do ctrl + v , the pic is pasted to paint, save it, then right click on it, then click on open with ====>>> microsoft office picture manager, if u have that, thats a program to change size to a picture, do the quality better and more,
then u can go on forum, click on this button first of all to begin upload:



click on browse, go to the image u did screenshot with, click it once, click open, click host it, go to the image url and click copy, then a window come up, click allow, if a window doesnt come up, then its just better, then u can click on this button:
